I cannot find words to recommend Gillian highly enough. I have been on a gut misdiagnosis journey for many-many years and only when I started seeing and talking to Gillian did the pieces of the puzzle start falling into place. She has been very responsive where other health providers have not and she helped me find both the correct place for medical tests (GastroLife) and consultant to diagnose and treat my illness (and not just the symptoms - where other doctors failed).Posted on Google![]()

I went to see Ava here with my then 4 year old son relating to his food aversions, she was very thorough - went through his full medical details and his current diet so thoroughly that it gave me piece of mind that he is getting enough nutrients from what he eats. She also advised some changes to his food to increase the good stuff he’s eating! She gave great advice on how to deal with his aversions (which are related to neurodiversity and so trickier to manage) and we have been making progress since our time with Inside Out Nutrition. Thanks so much for all your help and would recommend to anyone.Posted on Google![]()
