Ingredients: (Serves 4)
4 tabsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tabsp runny honey
2 tabsp tomato ketchcup
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove crushed
8 chicken drumsticks
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Slash the chicken flesh.
Place the chicken drumsticks in the mixture, turn a few times to coat the chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees and put the drumsticks in a roasting try and pour the marinade over them.
Cook for about 35 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally while cooking.
Very easy to make and can also be done on the BBQ. Enjoy!
