It’s difficult to predict when your menopause will happen or the symptoms you will experience. But one thing you do have control over is your diet. Every peri-menopausal & menopausal woman should have some easy, health-packed recipes from chef Ciara Fennessy and Registered Dietitian Gillian McConnell.

Ciara will guide you through 8 recipes which you will enjoy as they are ready. Gillian will talk through what you should be including in your diet at this stage of your life to boost your energy and improve your overall health.
This is all evidence based nutrition from an expert. You will have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions in a relaxed environment plus have a tasty dinner at the same time. You will leave armed with all the recipes and advice you need to guide you through peri-menopause and menopause.
