Gillian McConnell

CEO & CORU Registered Dietitian

BSc (Hons) Dietetics, MINDI, PgC Applied Sports Nutrition, CORU Registered.

Gillian graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in 2001 with an honours degree in Dietetics.  Gillian has worked in HSE and NHS teaching hospitals.  She is now working as a self-employed Dietitian and has set up private dietetic clinics based in the South Dublin and Co. Wicklow. Gillian has a wide range of experience in various medical fields and is a FODMAP trained Dietitian.  Gut nutrition has become a specialty based on Gillian’s knowledge over the years. Gillian has gone on to develop her own product line to help people make longterm changes to their health. Gillian offers virtual and in-person clinic appointments as well as running workshops within the corporate setting.

Ellen Curran

CORU Registered Dietitian

Ellen qualified as a dietitian from University College Dublin. Ellen works as a clinical dietitian for the last two years in one of the largest HSE teaching hospitals covering a range of clinical areas such as nutrition support, oncology, diabetes, heart health, bone health, healthy ageing, and weight management. Ellen currently works as a Dietitian for Inside Out Nutrition Ltd. offering private dietetic clinics based in South Dublin. Ellen enjoys all areas of Dietetics, areas of particular interest to her include healthy ageing, heart health, women’s health, diabetes, and weight management.

Ava Cronly

CORU Registered Dietitian

Ava qualified as a dietitian in the United Kingdom in 2018 with a first class honours degree. She then worked in a large teaching hospital and as a community paediatric dietitian in Wales. Ava has been working as a paediatric dietitian in three HSE and large paediatric hospitals for the past 4 years. She has covered areas of paediatric nutrition including, infant feeding, breast feeding, weaning, weight management, nutrition support, ARFID, disordered eating and metabolic medicine. Although she enjoys all areas of infant and childhood nutrition, she has an interest in working with those with food aversions, fussy or selective eating, feeding difficulties, food intolerances and allergies. Having completed a Masters in Sports and Exercise nutrition, with a focus on RED-S and females in sports, Ava also has a specialist interest in sports nutrition for paediatric patients. Ava currently works as a Dietitian for Inside Out Nutrition Ltd. offering private dietetic clinics based in South Dublin.
