Gillian McConnell
BSc (Hons) Dietetics, MINDI, PgC Applied Sports Nutrition, CORU Registered Dietitian.
Gillian graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in 2001 with an honours degree in Dietetics. Gillian has worked in HSE and NHS teaching hospitals. She is now working as a self-employed dietitian and has set up private dietetic clinics based in the South Dublin and Co. Wicklow. Gillian has a wide range of experience in various medical fields and is a FODMAP trained Dietitian. Gut nutrition has become as specialty based on Gillian’s knowledge over the years. She has developed such a great clinic set-up that Gillian now has a team of two other Dietitian’s working with her. Gillian has gone on to develop her own product line to help people make longterm changes to their health. Gillian and her fantastic team offer virtual and in-person clinic appointments as well as running workshops within the corporate setting.
